Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellations made up to fourteen days before the conference will receive a full refund. For cancellations received less than 13 days before and up to 48 hours before the conference, a $40 cancellation fee will apply. No refunds are given for cancellations within 47 hours of the conference.
