Interacting with the entrepreneurial community during New York Entrepreneur Week is strongly encouraged. We each play an integral role in bringing the community closer together.
Be one of our proud supporters by holding an event during NYEW as we “Stand Up and Come Together” from April 12th-16th, 2010.
Below are a few suggestions for events to hold in your community:
Keynote Speech/Roundtable/Panel Event
Utilize any size space to hold a 1.5 hour session that allows entrepreneurs and investors to relay their points of view with those interested in entrepreneurship.
Networking Event
Utilize any size space to hold a 1 hour session that allows entrepreneurs and investors to network with those interested in entrepreneurship.
Mentoring Event
Utilize any size space to hold a 1 hour session that allows entrepreneurs and investors to establish mentoring relationships those interested in entrepreneurship.
Idea Contest
Formulate new business ideas which provide innovations on a local, regional, national or international scale.
Innovation Expo
Organize an entrepreneurship fair in an open space. Invite entrepreneurs, local businesses, franchisees, investors, colleagues, friends and family. Each participant has their own booth display with a product and/or service.
Film Festival
Organize a film competition that promotes entrepreneurship here in New York.
Music Festival
Organize a music competition that promotes entrepreneurship and creates awareness about pressing challenges surrounding entrepreneurship here in New York.
Please note: Each of these events can be custom tailored to your specific needs. These events are suggestions which can be targeted toward a diverse array of attendees, including:
